Sobre todo afecta a técnicos proyectistas para la aplicación de estructuras mixtas de hormigón y acero, y su vigencia y caracterización al respecto.

La regulación es la siguiente

Viga puente hinchable, I+D

Desde la #upc nos viene este novedoso y premiado proyecto de puente hinchable

En este proyecto, se diseñará, fabricará y demostrará un puente único, modular, ultraligero y portable (PS-Bridge), especialmente destinado a situaciones de emergencia cuando se requiere el despliegue rápido de un medio que permita restaurar las comunicaciones.

La solución que PSTECH, con la colaboración de CIMNE y BAC, pretende sacar al mercado, PS-Bridge, se basa en el desarrollo y aplicación de una novedosa tecnología denominada Tensairity. Esta tecnología permite reducir el peso de los puentes temporales, disminuye el volumen necesario para transporte y reduce el esfuerzo necesario para éste y su montaje. Estas ventajas son vitales en el caso de los puentes temporales, lo que aportará una solución disruptiva al sector, facilitando el acceso de ayuda humanitaria a las zonas altamente devastadas por desastres naturales.

En España ya es sabido que los vehículos de ingenieros y zapadores son otra de las muchas asignaturas pendientes, una situación quizás más sangrante que otras, pues se trata de tropas muy expuestas, cuyos vehículos actuales resultan inadecuados por estar obsoletos y carentes de protección. En cuanto a los lanzapuentes, el Ejército de Tierra dispone de 12 carros M-60 VLPD 26/70E. Se trata de una conversión nacional a partir de chasis de M-60A1. Utilizan un puente Leguan ‘deslizante’ de 26 metros, que se puede desplegar de forma automática. Es un vehículo que, aunque ha prestado un buen servicio, debe ser reemplazado lo antes posible por material más moderno.

El principal problema del M-60 VLPD radica en la debilidad de su barcaza. Además, su operación automática es delicada y se fundamenta en un correcto ajuste del sistema, que sufre en desplazamientos largos acompañando a unidades de carros. Existe un plan, de momento parado, de convertir algunas de las barcazas de los Leopard A4 ya fuera de servicio en vehículos para zapadores, incluyendo varios lanzapuentes, lo que sería una magnífica solución para un material ahora almacenado, pero todavía útil. Sin embargo, nos encontramos el problema de siempre, la falta de recursos para cubrir todas las necesidades.

In this paper we report the theory and techniques we used to obtain
holograms. The recorded medium does play an important role.
Since years ago a multitude materials have been researched as
holographic recording medium as reported in scientific literature. We find
several theoretical and experimental papers which explain different materials
that do the job. They present advantages and disadvantages and moreover
most of then are synthesized for this reason. The conditions required are
complex and the cost for replication in some case is expensive. However,
now a day, in the market there are different class of common materials that
have simple application. We though that their composition is uncoplicated but
after having them analyzed, we found interesting properties which let us to
use them in holography.
We show that, the adhesive UHU® All Purpose, UHU® wist & and glue
solvent free and Point 4 KERR fingernails polish Super Oro One coat and
pineapple juice after, exhaustive analysis of theses materials applying IR, UV,
spectroscopy, moreover, in some case thin layer chromatography to get
information about their composition. Owing to the fact that the components
are not provided by the marker, after the analyses, we found that these
materials have properties and characteristic interesting and important that
theses may be considered new unconventional holographic recorded media.
Some structures of computed phase holograms are replicated with
high diffraction efficiency into these materials. It is done by thermo-
vi
polymerization or, some cases, by UV radiation. In this paper we present
analysis and experimental results.
Films from these materials may be considering as phase, the
replication of some structure into of films may be recorded as modulation of
index refraction or the thickness in others cases.
The major improvements from our materials are: good diffraction
efficiency, reduced cost, easily to apply on any substrate and the fact that the
hologram is making with out developing process.

Geoingeniería y sus virtudes: las nuevas baterías de carga instantánea

La experimentación medioambiental , baterías del futuro, pequeño espacio parecido a un disco duro, para condensar millones de megabeas , todo dispuesto para la civilización solar, nosotros los humanos.

“Nuestra tecnología podría hacer posible la reducción prácticamente instantánea de todo el volumen del electrodo (ánodo metálico) en el que se almacena la energía.

Proyecto Haarp: Control poblacional y medioambiental del planeta por parte de las grandes potencias

 Las ondas de frecuencia bajas en el magnetismo del cuerpo humano se usan para amoldar patrones emocionales humanos.

En unas instalaciones militares situadas en Gakona, Alaska, hace más de 15 años, se está desarrollando un misterioso proyecto el cual consiste en 180 antenas que funcionando en conjunto será como una sola antena que emitirá 1 GW =1.000.000.000 W, es decir un billón de ondas de radio de alta frecuencia las cuales penetran en la atmósfera inferior e interactúan con la corriente de los elecrojets aureales.

HAARP tiene la ventaja o desventaja, que al
afectar clima, E.U.A. NO se haría responsable de las alteraciones al
clima y las consecuencias que esto pueda traer (como terremotos,
huracanes, tsunamis, etc)
Ningún país que reciba daños por esas alteraciones puede culpar, ni demandar,
ni exigir, a los militares de E.U.A. que paguen por los daños causados,
ya que no podrían probar que fue una alteración causada por HAARP o
fue un REAL desastre natural.

El proyecto es tan controvertido como peligroso. Sus defensores
aducen un sinfín de ventajas de carácter científico, geofísico y
militar, pero sus detractores están convencidos de que podrían
tener consecuencias catastróficas para nuestro planeta, desde
arriesgadas modificaciones en la ionosfera, hasta la manipulación
de la mente humana.

De acuerdo con la Dra. Rosalie Bertell, HAARP forma parte de un sistema integrado de armamentos, que tiene consecuencias ecológicas potencialmente devastadoras.
